The interview was very good - they were on time, had clearly read my CV, asked specific questions about my previous work and explained a lot about the company and how the team operates

You have to do an interview following a questionnaire involving a cover letter and CV. You are asked 5 questions and have two minutes to answer each. Following that, there is an assessment centre.

1st Stage Interview was remote with the Service Desk Team Leader, IT Security Specialist and member of HR. All 3 of them were really friendly and laid back. I got to the 2nd stand in person interview at their office and met Jo (Head of Service) and Kurt (Senior Business Analyst) who were both equally as friendly.
I feel the whole process was friendly and supportive, I couldn't fault them.
