Interview
Applied online, did phone interview, did face to face interview... Took three months. The process was too long and the interview was scripted, no real questions of concern to what you where being interviewed for.

Question 1
If I gave you and Edelbrock carbonator could you rebuild it with a kit?
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Howell Munitions & Technology (Lewiston, ID) in Jun 2017
Interview
Job had been advertised for months. The hiring process was balky and based in organizational liquidity. When they finally achieved administrative approval, things moved rapidly, likely before something bad happened on-site regarding sales or mismanagement. Budgetary concerns seemed more important than any other matter.

Question 1
Paraphrased? "Are you willing to work sixty hours per week as necessary or during peak season?"
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 8 months. I interviewed at Howell Munitions & Technology (Lewiston, ID) in Sept 2014
Interview
Come here, get away. Repeat. It took a number of false starts before the Recruiter felt that the company was stable enough to invite me to interview. Once this baseline was met, it was a whorl-wind affair. Fly in, meet a lot of people and fly out. Wait time for offer/rejection is short.
