Hrvatski Telekom interview questions

They made me feel uncomfortable. It was kind of weird. In the job ad, they wrote that experience is not needed for this position. I have a year and a half of experience and then they asked me if that was all. Why is that not enough if they wrote that experience is NOT needed?
