Why I wanted the Job and what did I know about HUB Box
The interview involved coming in for a chat. Then I came back to do a trial day (more like a few hours) where I waited on a few tables, did a bit behind the counter and doing the washing. It was a good experience and the other staff members were all helpful and kind.

Interview
Applied online, and spoke with a member of the HR Team who was lovely and told me more about the role. I was invited to the restaurant for an interview with the Head of People and Operations Manager. Welcoming and professional. The questions asked not only helped me feel comfortable but made me feel like they were interested in me. They were challenging questions at times but I felt happy to answer them as I have the experience to do the job.
