Hubbell Realty interview questions

after submitting my resume, a few weeks later I was asked about my availability for an interview via text message. I responded immediately but did not receive a reply for a week. When I was finally responded too, I was sent multiple calendar invites for a Microsoft Teams meeting, only one with the accurate time. On the day of the interview none of the Teams interview links worked and I called and e-mailed my contact back about it not working. I was then called on my phone and the interview proceeded. They were mostly respectful but at the end of the interview they did not answer my question about a salary range. I was told I'd be called back at the end of the week, however that was 2 months ago and I have not heard anything back. It's safe to say that they're okay with ghosting if they aren't interested in a candidate

Friendly recruiter who asked fairly easy questions. Really seemed focused on why I thought I was a good fit for their mission. The phone interview itself lasted about 20 minutes.
