I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Hubwoo.com (Houston, TX)
Interview
I was interviewed 8 times. Due to the global and cross-functional nature of the company every department had to agree on me. Now you can count on at least three interviews in total beginning with phone interview. Be patient, but also persistent. Calling back, emailing back to hiring manager was always a good thing.

Question 1
My final (8th) interview ended with a brain puzzle. It was about three buckets one with apples, one with oranges, and one mixed. All three buckets had a label: apple, oranges, mixed, but the labels were wrong. How many times do you have to blindly reach into bucket and pull out it's contents to know what's in each bucket? (this is rare, I don't imagine this kind of questions is common)
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Hubwoo.com in Apr 2012
Interview
The team is distributed, so there were multiple rounds of phone interviews. During the end of my first interview, the manager let me know why he had reservations about my skillset. That in-the-moment feedback allowed me to provide more information in my follow-up email, which moved me forward in the process.
We also discussed rate in the first interview, which kept us from wasting each other's time. And I don't mean that they strong-armed my number out of me: it was a give-and-take discussion about the ballpark range. And it was a competitive salary range.
I was treated positively and professionally during the entire process. I'm left with a great impression of Hubwoo.
