      Interview

I recently went through a rigorous interview process with Dot Com Therapy, only to be utterly disappointed by their offer. Despite investing considerable time and effort into multiple rounds of interviews and a case study, I was shocked to receive an offer with a laughably low salary. Let's talk about the process first. I don't mind putting in the effort—I'm all for showcasing my skills and knowledge in clinical questions. However, the sheer amount of hoops I had to jump through was mind-boggling. Multiple rounds of interviews and a demanding case study seemed excessive, especially considering the outcome. The salary they offered was nothing short of insulting. I understand that negotiation is part of the process, but this offer wasn't even in the same ballpark as what I would consider reasonable. It's frustrating to think that a company would undervalue the contributions of SLPs to such an extent.

There were 3 interviews: 20-30 minute interview with a recruiter, 45 minute interview clinical manager, and 15 minute interview with CEO.
