Applied online and messaged the recruiter on LinkedIn. We set up a time for a quick phone interview for the following day. Had 3 separate video interviews: one with the team manager, one with a team member, and one with the HR rep that handles the department. After receiving an offer, they send out for a stringent background check with a 3rd party company. Once it came back, I was cleared to give my 2 weeks at my current employer.
