This company hired through a temp agency for a temp to direct hire. The conditions is that I would have worked as a temp for 3 months and then become a full time employee of Hudson Lock. The interview was with the head of engineering at the factory. It started with a quick tour of the factory and then went to a traditional sit down interview. He asked me questions about my resume and asked me to clarify about some projects that I had worked on. He then proceeded to ask me several questions to test my engineering knowledge. It ended with him telling me that he would contact me within the week.
