Simple and short, They did not ask many questions and focused mainly on pay. Experience doesn't really matter much to them it seems. In addition, They want the receptionist to pick up other jobs or supplement when others are out, such as translation.

The interview process consisted of a 1 hour video interview with the hiring manager followed by an in person interview about a week later with the ownership team, which lasted about 1.5 hours. The overall sense was that while new they were both unsure of what direction to go with the position while also lagging in providing updates for some time.
