It was over phone, and it was decent and professional. It was smooth and convenient. It was for 30 minutes, and there was supposed to be a follow up interview
there were two assessment rounds - one was basic aptitude and other was technical round ( for analyst position ). After clearing both the rounds - we had interview round which was of average difficulty.
