The interview process was easy, fun and energizing. The interview was very communicative, personable and thoughtful. The first part of the interview involves a screening phone call. The next step is to have a 1:1 with the supervisor for the specific position.

Interview
Easy going and energizing! The interviewer was really communicative and knowledgeable. The process started with a phone call, and they let me know of multiple positions that fit my qualifications. The next step is talk with the supervisor.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Human Resources Development Institute (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2016
Interview
I was contacted for interview approximately 3 weeks after submitting resume. The interview was scheduled via email. I had a face to face interview with director, then 2 weeks later with the team lead. Before the interview with director I was given a test that consisted of multiple choice and essay questions regarding diagnosis. The test was a bit outdated as it still asked for Axis dx and used DSM 4.
