Painfully slow. The organization is incredibly disorganized, they don't communicate with you, and they also don't seem to communicate with each other. Many roles are outsourced outside the US. No one really knows what their role is it seems.

Basic HR phone screen stuff that's read from a script/checklist. Excel case study that seemed to be an attempt at free outsourced work.
