I applied through other source. I interviewed at Humanforce (Manila, Manila) in Jan 2026
Interview
The initial interview was with the HR Manager. She had a strong and slightly intimidating presence, but I appreciated how clearly she explained the role and gave a glimpse of the working culture at HF. The questions in this stage focused more on assessing interpersonal skills and how you would fit within the team.
The second round was more challenging. It involved a time-pressure assessment that really tested how well you think, prioritize, and perform under stress. It felt designed to evaluate both personality and core skills beyond what’s written on your resume.
The final interview was a panel discussion. It was a mix of technical questions and casual conversation, which made it feel more like a two-way discussion rather than an interrogation. This stage was about presenting yourself confidently not just your experience, but also your communication skills and how you position your strengths.
Authenticity is key; there’s no need to exaggerate anything on your resume. Being genuine makes a stronger impact.
It’s also important to do a quick review of the company’s background and come prepared with thoughtful, relevant questions. That preparation can definitely influence your chances of landing the job

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Humanforce (Sydney) in Dec 2025

It was coordinated over email and I was sent a Zoom invite. Screening interview was clear and respectful. The questions were all relevant to the position and the interviewer was transparent about the hiring process.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Humanforce (Mandaluyong City) in Dec 2024
Interview
It was a straightforward back and forth with the potential employer and the applicant, and I appreciated their swift replies once I finished every stage in the interview process. There was a mix of both async and sync ways of learning more about the applicant aside from the application form, which were an English test and a personality test. The interview process itself was also nice and they were friendly and professional.
