Interview
1st was the HR interview video-call: that was relaxed, but not clear enough in terms of the collaboration setup. 2nd video-call interview was with the CTO: somewhat technical but not really clear or specific. No tasks or exercises were employed. Just a few questions and a general conversation. The CTO suggested we move forward with implementing a specific project. After a 2month development effort in constant contact with the CTO - I was sending updated daily, I received a low offer. I did not accept immediately as I waited to answers to formally addressed questions via e-mail. I never got any formal reply.
