Question 1
Database design regarding the problem statement they gave.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Humblebee (Gothenburg, Västra Götaland)
Interview
First Interview: A chat with 2 people from management to get to know each other, what I'd like to do and what is it that they do.
Second Interview: I met with one of their designers to work on a case that we made up on the spot. It was given me a client, a challenge and their "request". The task was to see how I would structure the project and what I would do. After every phase the person would give me a data point to inform the process and see how I would work with it. The interview also included some brain teasers.
Third Interview: A chat with 2 senior service designers to talk about my experiences, their expectations and what they do.
