There were 3 interview in total, one with HR, and two with the manager. Also a pre-interview with automated system. All and all the experience seemed very organized and good
The most horrible interview process.
First round is via self-recorded video. No human interaction. No opportunity to ask any questions. I pulled out of the process. This is a good illustration of a recruiting automation gone completely wrong. Interviews are a two-way street.
