I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Hunter Contracting (Gilbert, AZ) in Mar 2016
Interview
Had couple of interviews. Second interview was a huge panel of employees (including the recruiter). Right off, was asked if I was married and had kids. Recruiter didn't step in, and so, you either answer the question, or point out it is discriminatory and they shouldn't be asking it. Interview member referenced the Personality Assessment they had me complete, and wanted to discuss my score. Had to inform him I had not seen it. Recruiter said he would email me a copy. Was told they were making a decision quickly (1 week). Didn't hear in a week, and noticed they reposted the position. When I contacted the recruiter, was told still no decision. Had to remind him to email me the results of the test they had me complete at that time. 1st interview told focus of position was handling benefits administration with insurance carrier. 2nd interview seemed more about whether I was bi-lingual. Not sure where the disconnect was. No where on my resume did I indicate I was bi-lingual.
Everyone I met from Hunter during the process seemed nice.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Hunter Contracting (Tucson, AZ)
Interview
Brief-Construction is pretty cut and dry. I had previous Equipment experience, and it was proven. Not much else to overcome. I don't want to enter any more words pertaining to this interview
