The initial interview lasted around two hours and felt more like a discussion than a traditional interview. I successfully advanced to the second round and received an immediate confirmation. Overall, it was a positive and valuable experience.

3 stages…phone, emails, video and ftf. Meeting different parts of the company and factory tours. Very corporate approach. Need to do research on the company and make sure you know your CV well. Everyone is very friendly
