There was an initial phone call for screening and then a subsequent phone call as an interview. The first call lasted 15-20 minutes. The second call lasted around 30 minutes.

Interview process was amazing and smooth! Clear communication through email and setting up interviews. Everyone is very nice to speak with. Interviews are with firm managers and attorneys. Be yourself, tell them about your prior experience and what you are looking for.

Interview
First you interview with a recruiter in HR, then the paralegal manager and finally the attorneys. They pace everything out nicely. The attorneys our all over the place so some of the interviews might be done by teleconference.
