1) 15 min phone call with recruiter 2) 30min-1hr video interview with immediate team manager 3) 30min-1hr in person interview with upper manager. Acceptance call within the week and first day the following week

Wasn't too hard if your a prepared designer. They look more at how you answer your questions and if you can handle the conversation well or not. I'd say overall if you studied apparel design or have experience with it- you'll be just fine
