HyperGen interview questions

The firm took four weeks to consider my candidacy before making an exempt (salary) offer that I thought was well below what comparable software developers earn. When I thanked them for their generous offer, I asked if they would allow me one week to consider. They prompt rescinded their offer. Makes me wonder how they treat their employees.
