The interview process was long and well structured. There were multiple stages, including : -Online Test -Group Discussion -Presentation -Technical Interview -HR Interview -Stress Interview Day 1 The online test consisted of Quantitative Aptitude and Technical question (Stream dependent). Day 2 Group Discussion Topics included trending topics from current affairs. Presentation round was unique and fun to do. The candidates were asked to talk about themselves without including info from their respective resumes and also include a SWOT analysis of themselves. We were given a 4 slide limit to present the same, we were asked to get as creative as possible. Day 3 The technical interview panel consisted of two people from the R&D side (I assume). Questions were stream dependent. We were asked questions that pertained to the latest developments in the automotive field. HR interview was breezy. It was more or less a conversation between an HR person and the candidate. We were asked about our families, hobbies, and interests. Stress Interviews consisted of an 11 member panel. Questions were asked by everyone and we were basically put in a stressful environment where every member of the panel would ask a question in random order, the demeanor and composure of the candidate are put to the test. The entire round lasted for a minute or two, every member would have asked a question by then, at times even interrupting you while you answer.
