Hyva IT Solutions interview questions

I have applied through a recruitment company. First round was HR round. Normal questions were asked from me like tell me about yourself, tell me about your previous projects. At last she told me about terms and conditions of the comapany for the fresheres. The comapany will not provide salary for 4 months. I have to join as a trainee. After completion for 4 months according to my work performance they will give salary to me and it will 5000. She told me if i agree to this condition then she will let me proceed for next round that would be apptitue and technical round. I refused.

They're simply wasting Candidates schedule. And they wont treat a candidate as a valuable also. They wont give any salary if u dont have any experience . and if u have experience then u will get less than ur current salary .
