Hyve Solutions interview questions

Standard interview process. Phone screen followed by two on sites. First with peers and managers of other groups. Final with skip level. All were courteous and asked good questions. Not overly challenging. Many behavioral questions.

An email sent a link to a scheduling service. After picking a time, I received a link to an MS Teams interview. The recruiter called my mobile instead of the link about 10 minutes early. She spent some time pulling up my resume and before asking questions. The interview was very unstructured and she had a weak grasp of technical topics as well as work authorization categories. I declined moving forward with the interview process after I was given the salary range.
