Application, video interview and then psychometric test - this test was very hard and conducted by thrive. It has 5 sections with 25 questions on average. The timer is likely to run out.
Video interview recorded by yourself with unlimited time but only 2 attempts per question.
The video meeting must be only on a computer with a webcam and mic but not on smartphones.
The Interview system run smoothly but u must stay on the page at recording at all times or it will be stopped mid-way

Online assessments including short motivation questions and psychometric testing, followed up by an assessment centre at Waterside and a final interview. Process was thorough but communication between each stage was poor and no travel expenses were covered.
