Interview
The interview was unusual, I had amount of cases to discuss with the hiring manager, but nothing about my background or achievements. After the interview I was told that they will get back to me next week with the feedback, but I haven’t heard anything anymore.

Question 1
If you make product for B2C what it will be (based on company’s business) and who should pay for that: users or partners? What features will you implement to our product?
3 stages of interviews are conducted. Telephone screening is first. This is followed by hiring manager. Last interview is conducted by the hiring manager's boss. Lastly you may meet with HR to discuss expectations.

Interview
The first interview process was with the HR, during the second interview process it was with the hiring manager and a member of the team, it went well. Questions were mainly concentrating on the personality and previous work experience. after the second interview I had to do a technical quiz.
