IAV Automotive Engineering Computer Support interview questions

Had phone interview with internal recruiter. Came in for in-person interview with IT manager. The interview lasted around 45 minutes. Went over my resume and what I do at my current position. He asked some IT related questions. Nothing too crazy. Got an email a week or so later saying that the requirements for the position have changed, they were looking for someone more entry level and that I was now overqualified. Not sure if it was a money thing as to why they wanted a less experienced candidate. Kind of bummed when I got the news. Seemed like a good company with good employees and I think I would have been a good fit.
