Interview
Two step interview in the line of business. First with the hiring manager who assessed culture fit, career objectives, general technical skills. Second with the technical project manager who assessed technical capabilities in relation to current project needs, availability to travel, management style, project management experience. Then followed up with HR for the paperwork.

What's your approach to managing client relationships?
There were 3 or 4 layers of phone interviews with hiring manager, senior leadership. Very professional and well structured. Great communication at each step of the way. Good company it seemed, just ended up not being a perfect fit vs other choices. They do important work!
