Multiple phone interviews including the hiring Manager followed by in-person interview with the hiring Manager. Was told the hiring Manager wanted to go forward with me but they hired an internal person. I would advise using Glassdoor to understand the salaries ICF pays since I believe I got nixed in the end by HR because they couldn't pay the figure I had mentioned when I was asked during the hiring Manager.
