I initially interviewed with an HR representative over the phone to see if I would be a good fit for the position. At the end of our conversation, we scheduled an in-person interview. The in-person interview was a series of 1:1 conversations with several people: HR, the director of the team, a project manager in the team, and a project coordinator in the team. They asked a few questions, but for the most part, explained the position and answered my questions.
