Quite delayed most of the times, generally it took around 3-4 months for you to get into ICRA. Generally selection process started through one telephonic, written test and final interview. You have to maintain patience in order to get through it.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ICRA (Gurgaon, Haryana) in May 2014
Interview
Two round of Interview, first round with the Sector Head and Team Member and Final round with CRO (Chief Rating Officer).
First round was majorly CV based and then the final round about financial concepts and Other General Economic Questions.
