Interview
Standard HR interview on Skype, followed by 3 online technical (C, C++ and OOP) assessments. And then a technical interview was done with an experienced technical person. If you're successful at this point, they ask a 3rd party company to perform softskill assessments (3 online assessments done for measuring personality and softskills.) This company sends a report to ICT about you. Final interview was done with a manager. This person is the person who makes the decision. If you impress this person, you get an offer.
The process was too long (around 6 months). They are not professional. The person who will do the technical interview, didn't call me although I waited 30 mins. And they rescheduled another interview with another person. I wasted lots of my valuable hours for the interviews and assessments, and after lots of interviews in 6 months, they told me that my English level is not good enough, and they decided not to offer a contract. Do not waste your time interviewing with this company.

As I am living in a non-EU country, they asked me my motivation for relocating to Netherlands.

Interview
I have started with a general interview with HR about me, my educational background. In that part they just tried to learn if i can fit available position and if i can reallocate to Eindhoven. After that they sent me 2 different test, one is about c++ and another is object oriented design. It was little hard and took almost 5 hour total. After I finished my tests, we arranged an interview with a software architect. It was a technical interview, took almost 1-2 hours. We talked about my background, current work, current project and details. After that interview, they decided to pass another step. Next interview was with operation manager.
He wanted to know me by asking some questions. All of the interviews (hr+architect+manager) were so polite and people from company are really positive. I didnt feel any nervous. After that interview, they send me a test again. Test was about IQ and some kind of personality questions. And they arranged me a cultural assessment meeting. This meeting was with a lady from another company. We talked about my results from previous test and my reason to change country and work. The process took 1-2 month despite of too many steps. They sent me job offer directly.
