I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ICW Group in Dec 2022
Interview
Echoing the sentiment of previous reviewers--terrible phone screen. Recruiter was late to the interview. She was short and kept cutting off my answers to questions, so I had to repeat myself several times. I had to spell out D Y N A M O D B to her. Furthermore, the recruiter was non-technical and could not answer any specific questions about the role ("you'll have to ask the software engineering team"). After the phone interview, I was given an IQ and personality test (Wonderlic). I completed the assessment but never heard back/ was ghosted.

Interview
I had a terrible phone screen experience with a recruiter who was extremely rude. First of all, she was late to the phone call and did not apologize. She had a condescending tone, and kept cutting me off saying things like "That's not what I asked", which ends up with me telling her the same answer anyway. She also didn't seem to understand the job role at all, and got defensive when I asked her about the job role not matching what she said, saying I need to "learn to read". Recruiters are important for a company because they're the front line for showing a candidate what kind of company this is, and I got major red-flags from just talking with this person. If the company is ok with the recruiter acting like this, what is stopping other team members from doing the same? Needless to say, I declined to talk with them further, and if I were the employer, I would seriously start making changes with how recruiters treat people at this company.

Interview
The worst phone screening experience ever. I took the interview in October. The recruiter knew nothing about this position. She asked about my experience and I told her. Then she said she didn't understand what I say. She even asked me how to spell JavaScript. Furthermore, her attitude was not good.
