Interview
Setup through recruiter, first a phone screen with hiring manager and then on site interview. They flew me in for a Friday interview, had me take wonderlic test with hr, followed by time with hiring manager, and then with his boss, and then a walk around the office to meet peers. They put me up in a hotel and was invited by hiring manager to join him for dinner and drinks downtown San Diego.

Interview
Got a call a week after submitting online application. Phone interview took about 30 minutes, mostly going over resume, along with a couple behavior questions. Video interview was about one hour.
