Everyone that I have spoken with was generally pleasant and the role was very appealing. However, a couple of disappointing items: 1) No follow up after the onsite marathon of presentations and interviews until I followed up with an email. As you can see from the list above, I invested a lot of time from calls, cognitive/personality assessments, creation of presentations, onsite visit for the presentation and one on one interviews, but IDBS was not courteous enough to follow up with any feedback, until I actually had to contact them one week later. In the end, they decided to bring back a former employee for one of the roles. I completely understand that I was not selected by the team, but the process was completely disappointing and was not respectful of my time.
