30 minute interview with HR (Talent Strategy Business Partner), 30 minute interview with Hiring Manager (Senior Director Events, Americas), final round 20 minute interview with SVP (Head of WW Events). Everyone I met with was incredibly friendly. The SVP even replied to my thank you email - which getting response to a thank you email in this day and ageis incredibly rare, much less from from someone at that level. HR was incredibly communicative throughout the process - providing updates even when there were no updates UNTIL that final round. After that interview, completely ghosted. No rejection, no update, nothing. After 2 weeks, I emailed her asking for status update or closure and was ignored. After putting in time and effort (one of the interviews took place at 7pm!) to interview with them, the bare minimum they could do is send me some sort of form response letting me know the role was filled. It's disrespectful to candidates.
