I have attended the interview with IDEMIA and it is the worst interview in my 4 years of experience.They called only 10-15 person for the interview and I think in the interview panel there was only 2 or 3 person was available.I have cleared the 1st round technical at 11:00 AM and I waited 5 hours for the second round interview and then got the chance.
And I think they were already selected one person who is the friend of the interviewer and they are only playing with us, fully waste of time.

clunky. basic phone screen followed by in person interview by a couple of engineers that were positioned far away. they didn't know some of the basic structure of the company they worked for. weird
Hr interview then the technical interview with basic questions about software Engineering and architecture. It lasted about one hour discussing design patterns, past experiences, micro services, spring, java and how to deal with clients when they demand changes in the project and familiarity with agile or scrum
