Interview
I was invited to a job interview before the post was made public. I accepted the invitation and I had a 30 min call with them for a first interview.
Previously I had been a candidate to another position, that's why they called me for this new opening.

Question 1
I wasn't asked a single question. They spoke for 15 minutes and then they gave me the floor to ask them questions.
At the time of the interview I wasn't given the job description, although I had asked it at the time I was invited to the interview.
The process was all very rushed. The panel wasn't prepared for the interview and I wasn't given the details of the job.
I was all a big mess from their side.

Interview
The Product Recruiter learned that they filled the job internally shortly before the interview was scheduled to occur, but they called me up despite the fact and conducted a short session to get to know me for future consideration. I thought that was a good professional courtesy .
