Very informal interview process. Got like 3 screening calls, and then finally a technical interview which they said would be the only one before another call to decide on the salary and everything. The technical interview went really well where I answered all the Python and SQL questions pretty easily. But then I didn't hear back for well over a month even though I was told that I would get a response within a week. No one replied to my questions and then one person finally told me that they froze hiring for the position. But a week after that I got a mail from HR saying they are not proceeding with my application. So it was not transparent at all, the communication was very poor.
