IDP Education interview questions

Started off ok with great communication from TA. Psychometric assessment was first red flag though, felt very 90s and out of date to still expect candidates to sit this in 2026. Moved to final interview in meeting room off the side of office (but I wasn't allowed to actually see the office for some reason?). Interview was very awkward and was clear I was not ticking their many structured boxes. I knew it wasn't a right fit the minute I walked out but never heard another word from them - which led to a poor candidate experience overall.

Very long process, took 4 rounds with a pre interview call, first interview one hour behavioural question, 5 psychometric tests, and another hour of case study presentation and Q&A. I was asked to provide referee details as I was one of the two finalists. No reference check occurred and I was informed the decision has been made.
