IDS (International Decision Systems) interview questions

Never take interview of this company especially when contacted by hiring agencies ( hectadata) especially by the lady The company take all round including L1 , L2(manager round), L3(vp round), L4(hr round). the make you false promise of giving offer letter and also make you resign saying they want earlier joiner this comes from both VP's and talent acquisition's mouth. and once you confirm the LWD and take resign from current company. both agency and recruitment team will make you suffer and making excuses saying it is in process, your LWD confirmation had make issue like that. and after 15 days they will say you they move with other candidate. my interview started in 13th of aug and all round over by 25th aug. i put my resigned in current company on 27th aug and asked for early release it was set on 4th aug. so i gave my lwd confirmation to the agency hectadata. they was ok with that the agency said they had forwarded the message to solifi talent acquisition they said they will give offer letter by 1aug and on boarding will be done on 7th aug but it never happens. in between when i mailed solifi and his fake mouth talent acquisition for confirmation on offer letter he never replied to mail. so when i called on 7th he said "did i say to resign" as if he was doing me favor. so when i said your VP and HR had siad in L3 and L4 round. then he come with that it is in process and keep on saying till 15 days and finally saying the company move with other candidate. that dumb lady saying he is talking to his team which team she is taking till now i don't know. my question is why this company exist if they can't handle the simple hiring process. due to this company i am unemployed in this crisis time. now who will pay my bills being sole earner of your family. From top hierarchy to bottom all are fake and make false promise. they say they are product company and compare better than top svc based mnc in india.

5 stage of interview.they had asked so many question.That Was and superb.they are looking for person with good communication skill. And have good reasoning and nice experience. And they are providing you good environment for work .al they employees are very supportive and good in nature.Project is very nice and good.
