Interview
There was a 10-15 minute phone interview that was semi-casual and following that there was a more formal sit-down interview that lasted about the same time. Following that, I was asked for a 2nd interview.

There was really a lack of good questions asked - and nothing pertaining to the actual job providing technical support for their HTML/CSS Wordpress plugins.

Interview
Three phases to the interview process: an initial phone interview, an in person interview with support management and HR, then a final interview with those individuals plus the CEO of the company. The interviews were quite relaxed, with casual attire and permitting plenty of time for me to consider the questions being asked.
