Interview process felt very unprofessional. I could barely see the person interviewing me due to low quality and lighting on their end. They felt disengaged on their end. They informed me my background wasn’t a match for the position, but this feels like something that should have been done during shortlisting/general review, not during an interview. Overall seemed disorganized, or as if no one bothered to read my resume prior.
