Interview
I applied through LinkedIn, and about two weeks later, I received an initial screening call from HR. It was a short call of around 5–10 minutes, mainly covering my experience, salary expectations, notice period, and a few related details.
Four days later, I received another call informing me that I had been shortlisted for an interview. The first interview lasted about an hour and focused largely on my past experiences, with a mix of direct technical and situational questions.
A week later, I was shortlisted for the second interview with the Business Operations Manager and the Reporting Manager. This was also a one-hour session.
Within a week of completing the second interview, I was notified that I had been selected. The entire interview process was very friendly, and the interviewers were supportive, especially when we needed clarification on certain questions. With proper preparation, I believe the interviews can be handled quite smoothly.

In the first technical round, the focus was on assessing the understanding of programming fundamentals, object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts, and common design patterns. I was also given a small coding exercise(Palindrome) to test problem-solving and implementation skills. Toward the end of the round, there was an IQ-style question to evaluate logical thinking.
