I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at IFX Payments
Interview
First online call with HR, then video call with one of the team member, then final stage at the office with head of legal and the team. It was quick and the HR was responsive to questions. But the moment I stepped into the office I sensed the toxic culture, people looked sad and the atmosphere felt negative.
