I had an interview process, which contains 3 steps: 1st - introduction interview with HR, where she represented the company, its goals, some info about the team and projects, also asked some info from my side; 2nd - short interview with HR in the office + test in EN and with ingame questions; 3rd - online interview with CN manager and director. All the steps were quite clear, no stress, very friendly and homely atmosphere, waiting for interview results was not more than 1 day after every interview.
