I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at IGS (Akron, OH) in May 2015
Interview
Very basic, the company will take anyone for sales. Basic questions to make sure you have the motivation to work. No skill requirements, if you want high pressure sales at low pay this is the job for you.
HR interview that was in smooth conversation format first. Interview with the team the next week was good. Pretty basic questions that were nontechnical. They provided a lot of cool insight into projects I would be a part of.

I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at IGS (Columbus, OH) in Oct 2022
Interview
The interview process proved to be exceptionally lengthy, marred by several setbacks, and entailed navigating through multiple interview rounds. It is certain that multiple rounds of panel interviews will be an integral part of this process.
