Interview
Interviewed with the owner of the company for two times. The second was to discuss their offer.After the interviews I also have done a phone call about the salary level. I managed to increase the offer slightly after this call.
The interviewer was extremely professional and allowed for open dialogue. I learned a lot about the company in the short time I spent with their HR person and hiring manager.
