The selection process had two rounds: an online interview followed by an offline interview. I was interested in semiconductor devices, most of the questions were from basic electronics and device concepts. The panel asked about PN junction diodes, capacitance in diodes, MOS capacitors, and MOSFET working and characteristics. The questions mainly tested conceptual understanding rather than difficult calculations. The interviewers were friendly and often asked follow-up questions based on my answers. Overall, the interview was moderately challenging and a good understanding of semiconductor device fundamentals was sufficient to answer most questions.
